一、平台性质

Plus1（https://plus1.buyproducts.com,以下简称"平台")是第三方团购 / 接龙交易撮合平台,仅提供开团、接龙、下单、支付通道、自提核销等技术与交易撮合服务。平台本身不生产、不采购、不拥有、不销售、不监管任何商品。

二、团长 / 卖家的责任

平台上的商品由团长(及其供应商)自行接龙、销售并承担全部责任, 包括但不限于:商品的来源、质量、安全、真实性、合法经营资质、标签与信息、价格、发货 / 配送 / 自提、售后,以及遵守所在地(澳大利亚)所有适用法律法规。

三、交易关系

买卖合同存在于买家与团长(卖家)之间。平台非买卖合同的一方、非卖方、非进口商、非经营主体,仅为撮合与支付通道服务方(交易资金经合法第三方支付机构结算,平台不归集资金)。

四、平台不对商品作监管或担保

平台不对商品做实质审查或监管,不对任何商品的安全性、品质、合法性、适销性或适用性作出任何明示或默示的保证或承诺。

五、您依澳大利亚消费者法的权利不受影响

本声明不排除、不限制您依《澳大利亚消费者法》(Australian Consumer Law)就所购商品向卖家(团长)依法享有的消费者保障权利。相关权利应向卖家主张;平台可协助沟通,但不替代卖家承担产品责任。

六、争议处理

因商品本身引发的纠纷、损害或法律责任,由买卖双方依法解决, 平台可提供协助渠道,但不承担产品的经营或质量责任。

1. Nature of the platform

Plus1 (https://plus1.buyproducts.com, the "Platform") is a third-party group-buying / 接龙 transaction-facilitation platform that provides tools and matchmaking services only (opening groups, joining, ordering, payment-channel routing, pickup verification). The Platform does not manufacture, purchase, own, sell, or supervise any goods.

2. Responsibility of group leaders / sellers

Goods are sold by independent group leaders (and their suppliers), who bear full responsibility for them — including their source, quality, safety, accuracy, lawful operating qualifications, labelling and information, price, shipping / delivery / pickup, after-sales, and compliance with all applicable laws in their location (Australia).

3. Contractual relationship

The contract of sale is between the buyer and the group leader (seller). The Platform is not a party to that contract, not the seller, not the importer, and not the operating merchant — it is a facilitator and payment-channel provider (funds are settled via a licensed third-party payment provider; the Platform does not pool funds).

4. No supervision or warranty of goods

The Platform does not substantively vet or supervisegoods and gives no express or implied warranty as to the safety, quality, legality, merchantability, or fitness of any goods.

5. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are preserved

This notice does not exclude or limit the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of goods, as against the seller (the group leader). Such rights are to be pursued against the seller; the Platform may assist communication but does not assume the seller's product liability.

6. Disputes

Disputes, harm, or liability arising from the goods themselves are resolved between the buyer and seller under applicable law; the Platform may provide an assistance channel but does not assume operating or quality responsibility for the goods.
