How is an individual leader's "8 free group buys per month" counted?
It counts successful closings only; a failed closing doesn't count. The count resets each calendar month. After 8 group buys you need Pro Group Leader (A$388/year + GST) for unlimited group buys and the full dispatch, pick-up and payment-reconciliation flow.
Prices exclude GST. What will I actually pay?
Australian GST is 10%. Pro Group Leader: A$388 + GST A$38.80 = A$426.80 payable. Wholesaler: A$888 + GST A$88.80 = A$976.80 payable. GST is calculated and shown automatically at checkout. We issue a formal Australian Tax Invoice for your tax records.
Is the money safe? Could a Group Leader run off with it?
Online payments go through a licensed third-party payment provider, and leaders and wholesalers are paid on the platform's settlement cycle. Online orders are pre-authorised: if a group fails to close, the authorisation is voided and the customer isn't charged. COD is cash handed over in person between the leader and the customer, and the platform isn't part of it.
What's the difference between an individual and a Pro Group Leader?
Individual leaders get basic dispatch, pick-up and mini-program group opening, with dispatch sheets sorted by order sequence only. Pro Group Leaders get unlimited group buys, the full payment-due and reconciliation flow, dispatch sheets sorted by order sequence, customer or pickup point, and the full PC admin console. There is no separate PC-console add-on today.
Can non-Australian Group Leaders / Wholesalers use it?
Payout accounts currently support Australian bank accounts only (BSB + account number). Leaders and wholesalers need an AU bank account to receive settlement payouts, and accounts in other countries aren't supported yet. Prices can be displayed in AUD, USD, CAD, GBP or NZD, but that only changes what the customer sees; payouts still go to an Australian account.
How is Plus1 different from running a WeChat roll-call (接龙)?
A roll-call only collects names on one list. Plus1 adds an automatic cut-off at your minimum headcount, no charge when a buy falls short (online pre-authorisation is released), online payment and reconciliation, pick lists by order floor, customer or pickup point, scan-to-collect, and an automatic split between platform, leader, sharing customer and supplier.
What happens if the minimum headcount is not reached?
At cut-off the system decides automatically. Reach the minimum and the buy goes ahead; miss it and the orders are cancelled, the online pre-authorisation is released and nobody is charged. Orders already paid offline, such as by bank transfer, go through the leader’s refund process.
How do suppliers find leaders, and how are they paid?
After joining on the annual supplier plan you enter the leaders’ sourcing network, where verified leaders can apply to work with you and pick your products. The commission pool is 5–15%. You are settled after pick-up and paid straight in on T+7, with a settlement ledger and finance reconciliation.
Do customers need an app or to register first?
No. Customers open the link the leader posts in the group, browse, and sign in with WeChat in one tap to order. Browsing needs no registration. Only leaders and suppliers register here.
How does Plus1 relate to StockFlow?
StockFlow is the inventory and invoicing system from the same team. Leaders or suppliers who manage their own stock can connect StockFlow to reserve, release and consume stock, and merchants linked to Plus1 get half-price StockFlow paid tiers.
